In this kit you will get full colour encapsulated step-by-step recipe/instructions on how to make the curry as well as 5 pouches of handy, ready to use spices required to make this curry. All you have to do is buy the fresh ingredients (shopping list included) and follow the instructions. All spices are pre-measured, ground and mixed for you to add at various stages in the recipe. All spices are freshly made up from scratch - so only the best in this kit.

You will use these spices to pe-cook and marinade the Lamb (or any meat you prefer for that matter), make an awesome stock and finally when making the curry. This is not a quick affair. This recipe is broken down into three separate stages over three days. No such thing as a quick curry!
